We want to be able to cook and eat food without guilt and this means dealing directly with growers, fishermen and farmers who understand how to make the most of seasonal produce and at the same time minimize the impact on our environment. All our suppliers care as passionately as we do about the provenance of our ingredients and we work with them to be more considerate of the produce we use.



At Elliot’s, we are proud to offer a wine list comprised exclusively of all-natural wines. All wines listed have been sourced from small artisan growers who farm their land organically and/or bio-dynamically. Once in the cellar, all wines are made naturally with no additives (apart from tiny amounts of sulphites) with many literally being just fermented grape juice. It takes great skill, dedication and time to produce wine that is this fine and pure.
